Pavlikeni town is located by 40 kilometers away from distinguished Veliko Turnovo city, the 220 kilometers from the capital Sofia, the 240 kilometers from Varna - the Bulgarian seaside capital and by nearly 50 kilometer as well from the Danube river.

The menagerie with the wild animals and the birds was located in the area.
